Jennifer Tilly was born in Los Angeles, California on September 16th 1958. The circumstances were extremely miserable. Her mother was a teacher and failed actor while her father sold cars. Jennifer being the 2nd child of four, frequently went to theater shows with her mother and was very impressed. When Jennifer was just five years old the divorce of her parents took place. Jennifer lived the majority of her life in British Columbia when her mother relocated there with her four children. Jennifer did not have an excellent education, despite being an extremely artistic young person. Her school was often the subject of bullying as a result of her experiences in Canadian schools. In high school her passion for theater began to wane. In order to combat this, her mother helped to take part as an extra in several productions. Her children all were inspired by their mother to explore a passion of art. Her immediate response was to take the initiative.
