Srushti Deshmukh has started preparations for the UPSC entry in her 3rd year of her engineering degree. In her final year in engineering, Srushti Deshmukh was unsure if she could be interested in working in engineering. After realizing her dream and pursuing it, she started working for civil service. Parents advised her to study for civil services and pursue an impact in the community. Her motivation never waned and was focused in her pursuit to become an IAS. To be able to pass UPSC to be achieved it is more work required. While studying her engineering subjects She also had to practice for the various subjects at UPSC. Everyday, she set aside time to prepare for the exam. The time she spent was just one month working on the exam and was completely off of social media and her social lives. She believes that being focused only on the work at hand is the key to passing this exam. She was determined to pass the exam on the first go and put in a lot of work. In order to stay up-to-date on the latest news her routine was to read papers. Online, she collected numerous study resources and watched Rajya Sabha TV. IAS Srushti Deskmukh book IAS Srushti Deskmukh has also written an article and released it under the title, The Answer writing manual. It's available at every library across all the states of the country. It's a good book for IAS candidates who are preparing rigorously for the test.
